This programme follows the RSPH Level 2 syllabus in Healthier Eating and Special Diets and is ideal for those who wish to develop their understanding of the principles of healthy eating and the role of diet and exercise in maintaining good health. It is an invaluable resource for use with GCSE’s, NVQ’s and the new Hospitality Diploma.
Content includes the link between food and health, nutrition and a balanced diet, guidelines for daily allowances and the benefits of physical activity.
